We spent several days with the little ones in the
Community Center. It was so nice to really spend time with them.
We ate some wonderful meals with them. It was very interesting to watch
how eagerly they ate and how quickly enjoy seconds. We played games, sang
songs and taught lessons. They received new shirts and new sandals. It was funny to watch
them in their new sandals because as soon as they put them on the jumped up
and down as if the extra padding gave them "superpowers" (Spiderman is big
here). We also wrote letters to say thank you to all of you who are
sponsoring these children. Believe me, you have made a difference.
