Three local churches helped in the effort to get this house built. MAD hired local contractors and built this home for just under $1000.

 

 

This house was finished on time and within 90 cents of budget. There is so much that can be done with so little. Isn't it worth skipping a few luxuries to make a difference in the lives of children and families who have so little.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What Are We Doing?

Providing Shelter

This mud shack and many others like it would not last through the rainy season.  Without help, this family will be stuck without shelter in just a few short months.

MAD joined with a number of churches in the area who had a dream of replacing the temporary mud huts with real houses.  The churches in the area are willing to put in the work necessary to build the houses...they just didn't have the funds.  MAD was able to provide the funding and a new house has been built.  There are two other mud huts that need to be replaced.  Would you like to help?
